From the first freight elevator developed in the late 1970s to today’s heavy-duty and project-specific elevator solutions, FEIYA’s development has been closely connected with real manufacturing and engineering applications.
The Beginning of FEIYA
Jinhua Elevator Factory was established, marking the beginning of FEIYA’s elevator manufacturing journey. During this period, the company successfully developed its first freight elevator.
From Freight to Passenger Elevators
FEIYA expanded from freight elevators into passenger and service elevators, while continuing to develop new control and drive technologies. During this period, several elevator products passed provincial-level technical appraisal.
Expanding Manufacturing Capability
FEIYA developed a 5,000 kg freight elevator and expanded into additional elevator applications, including sightseeing and automobile elevators. The company also strengthened its management systems and technology development capabilities.
Stronger R&D and Testing Capability
FEIYA continued strengthening its technical development capabilities. A new elevator testing tower was completed, supporting the development and verification of higher-speed passenger elevators and heavier freight elevator configurations.
Engineering Talent and Heavy-Duty Development
FEIYA continued investing in technical talent, vocational skills and product development. During this period, the company developed a 12,000 kg freight elevator and further strengthened its engineering capabilities.
Toward Larger and More Project-Specific Solutions
FEIYA continued expanding its engineering capabilities and successfully developed a 15,000 kg freight elevator configuration. Today, the company focuses on practical, project-specific elevator solutions for industrial, commercial and residential applications.
